Carpenter, Head of Global Acquisition & Sales of Green Apple Entertainment today announced Hulu has licensed and released the PBS Documentary “A Wing and a Prayer” narrated by William Baldwin and featuring heroic veterans of the operation. Produced by PBS and Dvir Pictures the film was directed, produced and written by Penn State Film School’s Assistant Professor Boaz Dvir.

Synopsis: “Narrated by William Baldwin, the untold true story of WWII aviators who carried out a secret, illegal operation in 1948 to prevent a second Holocaust. Lead by former flight engineer Al Schwimmer, who eluded the FBI, discover firsthand accounts of how they risked their lives and citizenships by creating factitious airlines, their strategic heart-pounding actions and daring escapes from smuggling Nazi surplus weapons into the Jewish state.”
